Kanji has Wandered for Love

Kanji sat on a hill. sheki had disappeared completely, leaving him heart broken. He may never have another chance for love. He gave a sigh. I at least should see if anyone cares... He gave a long high howl, telling all faes he was heart broken and in need for love.

[gallopandstorm]

Mystic Illusion was wandering around Love hill just exploring. She lifted her head up hearing someone howling. She walked over towards Kanji. "Hello." she said in a sweet soft voice.

[*~:Nakisha:~*]

"Hello, m'lady," Kanji sighed softly. He still had the saddened look in his eyes, but still remained in an upright position.

"Why so sad?" she asked, tilting her head slightly.

[*~:Nakisha:~*]

"Another fae turned me down before. I'm still slightly heart borken," Kanji replied.

[gallopandstorm]

"Oh." she smiled slightly. "I've never had a mate so I wouldn't really know but you should cheer up. Don't be so hard on yourself. Oh by the way my name is Mystic Illusion." she said with a smile and a small bow. "May I ask yours?" she asked.

"My name is Kanji. Nice to meet you Mystic, if I may call you that," Kanji replied. she smells different from Sheki... That scent is of a dog and wolf. Is she some sort of half breed? If this is true, i still don't care. She came to me with an open attitude.

"Yes you may. Most call me Mystic anyway. Nice to meet you too Kanji." she smiled. She kinda knew what he was thinking. "Yes. I'm a half breed. Half dog half wolf." she said, still smiling.

[*~:Nakisha:~*]

"Sorry if I offended you, Mystic, by thinking about your breed. I'm not like others. I don't care about breed. I care about personality," Kanji replied.

[gallopandstorm]

"Nah you didn't offend me. Yeah? That's what I look for in others. Their personality. Not for what they look like though it is sometimes really hard when others won't give you a fair chance. Meaning others I've met in the past." she said, scratching her ear. Her necklace jingled a little.

[*~:Nakisha:~*]

"That's a bit unfair if you can't atleast get to know them," Kanji replied. He felt relieved that he hadn't offended her at all.

[gallopandstorm]

"Yeah I know. Some of them I'd of liked to of gotten to know but they didn't want a bar of me because well what they say I'm a half breed. But I don't really care what they think. Sometimes it does hurt but I've become strong for what I had gone through when I was a little pup." she said, sighing a little, remebering what had happened to her mother.

"What happened when you were a pup?" Kanji asked. She had peeked his interest at the word.

She looked up to him. "Well my mother was the purebred dog. When she had my brothers, sisters and I our owner didn't like the fact that we were half wolf. So he killed my siblings. My mother protected me the best she could but it wasn't good enough. He adventually killed her aswell. But instead of killing me aswell he decided to keep me to fight other dogs. He starved me and I was locked up in a small cage, barely enough room for me to sit up let alone move to get comfortable. Anyway I was entered into a ring and the dog I had to fight had scars and was growling at me and saying. "Win or starve to death." just repeating that over and over and over again. He lunged for my throat but I bit back and won that fight. I won lots of others but one. The dog was too strong and over powered me. When I had lost my owner dumped me in an old alley way and I lived in a small cardboard box, ate out of the garbage bins and drank from the puddles when I could. I lived on the streets for a few years. Then one day a young girl found me. She picked me up and took me home and gave me a good meal. I had never felt so happy in my life. I lived with her and her parents for a while but then one night her mother was talking to her father and were saying I looked to much like a wolf and I could turn on them. But I loved it there so why would I turn on the ones that I loved? Anyway we both had heard what they had said. I didn't really understand at the time. All I knew was that my girl was very distraught and just cried and cried and cried. During that evening I can remember getting woken up and walked out to a big car and getting driven away. My girl put this necklace on me, crying as she left me there." Illusion said, pointing with her paw to her necklace that was shaped like a moon pendant. " What she had said was for me to be safe and take care of myself and that she would never forget me." she sighed. She had almost told the full story of her life to Kanji. "I know that I would never forget her. After the car left I sat there howling for her to come back but she never did. So I travelled. On the way I tried to join numerous packs but they wouldn't let me join because I was a half breed. They would try and fight me all the time. Adventually I came to this place and I'm happier now as I found good friends that like me for who I am and not what I am and joined a nice little pack and I've met you." she smiled warmly. "That's the story Kanji. Almost the full story, almost." she said and licked Kanji's cheek softly.
